Med Diary verifies your credentials and activates your diary. GP's can immediately book patients with specialists, and similarly specialists can book patients with other specialists in real-time.
Your practice can start using Med Diary to book appointments, manage patients, cancel appointments, change appointment times from the Med Diary online platform.
As a specialist , you will have access to a broader Medical practitioner database within South Africa.
Once you are activated, your diary will be integrated onto the platform and will allow you to manage it directly from the Meddiary platform.
Your practice diary will be immediately accessible for booking by any healthcare practitioners from anywhere in the country and the rest of the world who are on Meddiary.
It will assist you to grow your referral network in addition to your current network of referring doctors.
Med Diary will proactively profile and share your speciality, areas of interest and location to all the GPs on our platform.
You can view your diary anytime, on any smart device.
The diary is enabled to send you mobile notifications for your subsequent appointments.
As an optional add on, GPs can upload referral documents, patients results, X-rays for the attention of booked Specialists on the platform.
The patient's information will only be accessible to you and those that are delegated by you in your practice.
Med Diary subscribes to Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI)
No practitioner information will be accessible to anyone without your prior consent.
You can cancel or unsubscribe at any time.
All information storage is secured and never shared with third parties.
Password are encrypted for added protection

Only HPCSA registered practitioners can subscribe and access Meddiary
Med Diary verifies all practitioners with HPCSA before allowing access to platform

Med Diary will carry the registration cost for 2021, this will allow you to experience the benefit of Med Diary at zero cost.
In 2022, the cost will be only R1999 p.a or R199 p.m.
However, a 50% discount is offered to all practitioners who pay their 2022 annual subscription fee by 31 December 2021.
